Schools in Session: Bladder Retraining Lesson 5

Self Affirmations: Believe in your own success! Your mind is powerful.  Tell yourself that you are doing well. “I got this!” “I am doing it!” The battle in our minds can sometimes be half the battle.  Treat yourself for all your hard work. Maybe it’s a manicure, time reading a book or magazine, or a beautiful walk. Make a point of it!

Lesson 5 Homework:

Give yourself affirmations every time your in the bathroom looking in the mirror.  “You got this, you are strong!” Treat yourself for the gains you’ve made. Not with a bladder irritant such as a pumpkin spice latte or glass of wine but a walk, a book, a manicure. Something that leaves you feeling refreshed!
