Let’s start with working on those crazy urges. When you get an urge... sit, stand or lie down whichever fits you best and try these techniques. You’ll have to practice to have them at the ready. This week, the first technique we will learn is relaxation.
Vaginal Prolapse…what is this all about?
Some ladies find themselves in a quite a situation when they experience vaginal prolapse. You may have heard of bladder prolapse but didn’t really know what it is. One of the great treatment options we have used over the years for ladies suffering with overactive bladder is sacral neuromodulation. This therapy works for people who have frequent urges to urinate or related frequent leaks. Over time, it was discovered that this therapy also works for those who are unable to fully empty their bladder and for fecal urgency.
